Christopher Lee

CEO, Climate-KIC Australia

Since 2017 Chris has served as CEO– an organisation that orchestrates collaborative efforts to deliver connected and coordinated climate action. Climate-KIC work across multiple levers of change, including technology, business models, markets, finance and investment, policy and regulation, knowledge and skills, organisational culture and ways of working. Chris has extensive climate change adaptation experience and from 2009 to 2017 led the development and implementation of Climate Change Adaptation programs for the NSW Government. He has led the development of methodologies and implementation of Integrated Regional Vulnerability Assessments in regional NSW, played a leadership role in the development regional climate projections for NSW and driving end user engagement to deliver locally relevant information. He has degrees in Economics and Environmental Management, and has experience across, public, private, not-for-profit and university sectors.
