Jeff Rigby

Jeff is based in western Victoria having lived and worked there for all his life and has extensive regional infrastructure and essential services delivery experience including as Managing Director for Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water. Jeff then went on to be Managing Director at Coliban Water, covering north-central Victoria. More recently Jeff was Managing Director at Western Water seeing them through an amalgamation to become Greater Western Water. Jeff is well respected within the many regional Victorian communities he has worked within and has brought strong regional infrastructure development experience to the Western Renewables Link project. Jeff has 5 adult children, enjoys exploring regional Victoria, and in previous years has been involved in both regional football and cricket, and barracks for the Hawthorn football club.
