Kristy is the CTO Global | GM Australia of Allume Energy, a solar technology company that has developed a world-first solution which enables multi-dwelling residents to access solar energy.

With almost 20 years’ experience, Kristy leads technical teams to commercialise and scale innovations. She is an expert in taking technically complex projects from concept through to a commercially manufacturable product which meets a market need.

Aside from her technical expertise, Kristy has founded her career on understanding what makes people tick. She has an authentic leadership style and a deep passion for creating inclusive environments and teams that give individuals the opportunity to thrive. She works with universities and mentoring schemes such as EnergyLab’s WICEF program, using her passion and talent for coaching and developing people to inspire Australia’s engineers and future leaders to use their talent and focus for solving problems that truly matter.
